Philip I. Hicks
Career
Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. The focus of David/Hicks Brokerage was to provide services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate. Since the inception, Philip has grown the company to include 16 broker associates whose primary focus is on the representation of landlords and tenants. Most recently, the natural progression of the business turned into a merger with Allen Lampert of Lampert Properties - to form David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage. David Hicks Brokerage and Lampert Properties have had a 10-year history of teaming up on several successful developments.

Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. In 1999, Joe left Jamba Juice to join long time associate and friend Phil Hicks in forming David/Hicks Brokerage, which has evolved into David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage.

Scott A. Hagan
Originally involved in the family retail sporting goods chain of seven (7) stores, Scott has been in the commercial real estate business since 1986 when he joined a small developer representing properties throughout the Front Range.
Being a Denver area native gives Scott an excellent knowledge of the Denver Metropolitan Market, including the entire Front Range and many of the surrounding states. Currently working with retailers on an exclusive basis throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and Pacific Northwest.

Allen Lampert
Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis' Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President and Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis.
Allen then served as Director of Real Estate for Alberta Development Partners, LLC in Englewood, Colorado, where he gained valuable experience in the development of commercial properties, including site selection, budgeting, pro formas, construction, site planning, entitlement and engineering aspects of retail development transactions.

Ken Himel started with David/Hicks & Lampert Brokerage in 2001 coming from a ten year career in the restaurant industry. Ken has also been successful as a Listing Agent, leasing many infill development sites throughout the metropolitan Denver area.

Career
Steve has over twenty-two years of retail leasing and sales experience. He has worked with many top flight retailers from Lucky's Market, Walgreens, Taco Bell, Lowe's, and Dunkin Donuts. Steve is an attorney his previous experience includes acting as counsel to a publicly traded retail/entertainment company and negotiating real estate transactions. He was also an Independent Contractor for The Mills Corporation, where he was an assistant corporate counsel.

Zander Rodriguez
Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. In regards to landlord representation Zander has worked with Drake Real Estate Services, Miller Real Estate Services, Lowrie Investments, Huntington Holdings, Inc. and Ranch Capital, LLC.

Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Coffee, GameStop, Payless Shoes, Gymboree, Tesco Fresh & Easy, Les Schwab and many others. He transacted literally hundreds of deals for the aforementioned clients and others. In many cases, as an outsourced real estate department working on a regional or national basis.
After his time with Legend, Jesse went in house with Consumer Capital Partners to lead their development team. They developed stores for SmashBurger, Tom's Urban, Live Basil, Quizno's and others. Jesse also worked for another umbrella parent company based out of San Fransisco where we also developed several brands throughout the country.

Rebecca Richards is an associate broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail real estate industry since 1999. Becky began working with Philip Hicks in 1992, while they were both at Sullivan Hayes Brokerage. In 1993 Becky went to law school and then practiced law with Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons. In 1999, she made her way back to the real estate industry and started at David/Hicks Brokerage as a retail broker.

Mike Brunetti
Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system.
At David, Hicks & Lampert, Mike primarily focuses on Tenant representation. His experience as both a franchisor and franchisee/business owner is a dynamic asset to his clients in navigating the real estate, relationship and business ownership aspects of the franchise model.

Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis' Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President and Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis.

Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis' Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President and Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis.

Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Career
Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. The focus of David/Hicks Brokerage was to provide services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate. Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. In regards to landlord representation Zander has worked with Drake Real Estate Services, Miller Real Estate Services, Lowrie Investments, Huntington Holdings, Inc. and Ranch Capital, LLC.
On his free time Zander enjoys the outdoors from fishing to shooting competitively along with playing golf and traveling.
Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Coffee, GameStop, Payless Shoes, Gymboree, Tesco Fresh & Easy, Les Schwab and many others. He transacted literally hundreds of deals for the aforementioned clients and others. In many cases, as an outsourced real estate department working on a regional or national basis.
After his time with Legend, Jesse went in house with Consumer Capital Partners to lead their development team. They developed stores for SmashBurger, Tom's Urban, Live Basil, Quizno's and others. Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system.

Career
Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. Originally involved in the family retail sporting goods chain of seven (7) stores, Scott has been in the commercial real estate business since 1986 when he joined a small developer representing properties throughout the Front Range.

Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. Steve Markey
Career
Steve has over twenty-two years of retail leasing and sales experience. He has worked with many top flight retailers from Lucky's Market, Walgreens, Taco Bell, Lowe's, and Dunkin Donuts. Steve is an attorney his previous experience includes acting as counsel to a publicly traded retail/entertainment company and negotiating real estate transactions. He was also an Independent Contractor for The Mills Corporation, where he was an assistant corporate counsel.

Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. In regards to landlord representation Zander has worked with Drake Real Estate Services, Miller Real Estate Services, Lowrie Investments, Huntington Holdings, Inc. and Ranch Capital, LLC.
On his free time Zander enjoys the outdoors from fishing to shooting competitively along with playing golf and traveling.
Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Coffee, GameStop, Payless Shoes, Gymboree, Tesco Fresh & Easy, Les Schwab and many others. He transacted literally hundreds of deals for the aforementioned clients and others. In many cases, as an outsourced real estate department working on a regional or national basis.

Mike Brunetti
Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system.

Philip I. Hicks
Career
Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. The focus of David/Hicks Brokerage was to provide services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate. Since the inception, Philip has grown the company to include 16 broker associates whose primary focus is on the representation of landlords and tenants. Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. In 1999, Joe left Jamba Juice to join long time associate and friend Phil Hicks in forming David/Hicks Brokerage, which has evolved into David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage.

Scott A. Hagan
Originally involved in the family retail sporting goods chain of seven (7) stores, Scott has been in the commercial real estate business since 1986 when he joined a small developer representing properties throughout the Front Range.

Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis' Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President and Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis.

Allen Lampert
Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis' Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President and Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis.
Allen then served as Director of Real Estate for Alberta Development Partners, LLC in Englewood, Colorado, where he gained valuable experience in the development of commercial properties, including site selection, budgeting, pro formas, construction, site planning, entitlement and engineering aspects of retail development transactions.

Ken Himel started with David/Hicks & Lampert Brokerage in 2001 coming from a ten year career in the restaurant industry. Career
Steve has over twenty-two years of retail leasing and sales experience. He has worked with many top flight retailers from Lucky's Market, Walgreens, Taco Bell, Lowe's, and Dunkin Donuts. Steve is an attorney his previous experience includes acting as counsel to a publicly traded retail/entertainment company and negotiating real estate transactions. He was also an Independent Contractor for The Mills Corporation, where he was an assistant corporate counsel.

Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. In regards to landlord representation Zander has worked with Drake Real Estate Services, Miller Real Estate Services, Lowrie Investments, Huntington Holdings, Inc. and Ranch Capital, LLC.

Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Coffee, GameStop, Payless Shoes, Gymboree, Tesco Fresh & Easy, Les Schwab and many others. He transacted literally hundreds of deals for the aforementioned clients and others. Mike Brunetti
Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system.

Philip I. Hicks
Career
Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. The focus of David/Hicks Brokerage was to provide services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate. Since the inception, Philip has grown the company to include 16 broker associates whose primary focus is on the representation of landlords and tenants. Most recently, the natural progression of the business turned into a merger with Allen Lampert of Lampert Properties - to form David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage. Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. In 1999, Joe left Jamba Juice to join long time associate and friend Phil Hicks in forming David/Hicks Brokerage, which has evolved into David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage.

Scott A. Hagan
Originally involved in the family retail sporting goods chain of seven (7) stores, Scott has been in the commercial real estate business since 1986 when he joined a small developer representing properties throughout the Front Range.

Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. Joe David
Joe E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 30 yers. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group's South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores. During his three years with the company, he helped Jamba Juice grow to over 130 stores multiple states across the country. Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis' Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President and Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis.

Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Coffee, GameStop, Payless Shoes, Gymboree, Tesco Fresh & Easy, Les Schwab and many others. He transacted literally hundreds of deals for the aforementioned clients and others. In many cases, as an outsourced real estate department working on a regional or national basis.
After his time with Legend, Jesse went in house with Consumer Capital Partners to lead their development team. They developed stores for SmashBurger, Tom's Urban, Live Basil, Quizno's and others. Mike Brunetti
Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system.

Zander was born in Sand Diego, California moved to Boulder, Colorado and then to Loveland when he was young and has lived in Colorado ever since. He went to College at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and played club baseball and wrestling.
After graduating from college Zander went directly into Commercial Real Estate and joined forces with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2014 and has been with DHLB ever since. Zander specializes in landlord and tenant representation working with several different clients which a few on the tenant side are Caliber Collision, America's Mattress, McDonald's, Five Guys, Z-Ultimate Karate, Fit Republic, and Big D Oil. In regards to landlord representation Zander has worked with Drake Real Estate Services, Miller Real Estate Services, Lowrie Investments, Huntington Holdings, Inc. and Ranch Capital, LLC.
On his free time Zander enjoys the outdoors from fishing to shooting competitively along with playing golf and traveling.
Jesse Yuran
Jesse grew up in Denver and lived and worked in Denver for over 30 years. He went to college in Colorado Springs at Colorado College where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and was a dean's list student. Jesse played varsity football and lacrosse and earned many accolades throughout that career.
He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined Legend Retail Group where he worked as a broker for ten years. Several times Jesse was named top producer at Legend. While there, he split time between listing assignments and tenant rep assignments both in Colorado, as well as several surrounding states.
At Legend, he worked on behalf of clients including Chipotle, SmashBurger, Mad Greens, Noodles, Floyd's Barbershop, Ink! Coffee, GameStop, Payless Shoes, Gymboree, Tesco Fresh & Easy, Les Schwab and many others. He transacted literally hundreds of deals for the aforementioned clients and others. In many cases, as an outsourced real estate department working on a regional or national basis.
After his time with Legend, Jesse went in house with Consumer Capital Partners to lead their development team. They developed stores for SmashBurger, Tom's Urban, Live Basil, Quizno's and others. Jesse also worked for another umbrella parent company based out of San Fransisco where we also developed several brands throughout the country.
Jesse has recently moved back to Colorado to resume his brokerage career and is excited to be working with the team at David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage.
Rebecca L. Richards
Career
Rebecca Richards is an associate broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail real estate industry since 1999. Becky began working with Philip Hicks in 1992, while they were both at Sullivan Hayes Brokerage. In 1993 Becky went to law school and then practiced law with Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons. In 1999, she made her way back to the real estate industry and started at David/Hicks Brokerage as a retail broker.

Mike Brunetti
Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system.
At David, Hicks & Lampert, Mike primarily focuses on Tenant representation. His experience as both a franchisor and franchisee/business owner is a dynamic asset to his clients in navigating the real estate, relationship and business ownership aspects of the franchise model.
Additionally, Mike represents several brands in their Colorado and Mountain West expansion including MOD Pizza, Jersey Mike's, Grease Monkey International, Bawarchi Indian Grill, April's Unique Boutique, Outdoor Research, Taco John's and Burgerim to name a few.
Shawn Peel
Shawn Peel is an associate broker of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and joined the firm in 2017. Shawn was previously in operations management at Darden Restaurants for ten years. Coming from the hospitality industry, it was a seamless transition into the service-based industry of real estate. Shawn has been successful in using his restaurant background to represent the real estate needs of restaurant tenants including Saltgrass Steakhouse and First Watch.

Kendall Hawkins
Kendall joined the DHLB team in 2017. Since then he has focused on various leasing activities for both Tenants and Landlords. In addition to these duties, Kendall has assisted in buying and selling parcels of land around Denver. Kendall comes from a family full of real estate professionals and has enjoyed getting started in his own career as a retail broker.

Porter Follett
Porter Follett is an associate broker with David, Hicks & Lampert and has been with the company since July 2018. Porter represents both Landlords and Tenants in all aspects of retail real estate including, site selection, lease negotiations, and sales. Prior to joining DHLB, Porter began his career in commercial real estate working for CBRE's Manufactured Housing and RV Resorts Speciality Practice.
