Jacob Hawkins started his real estate career with David, Hicks & Lampert in 2005. Throughout his career he has specialized in both Landlord and Tenant representation throughout the mid-west and western United States. He also has vast and diverse experience assisting clients in the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, and disposition of retail shopping centers.

He enjoys working with a variety of clients in assisting them achieve their goals and objectives through creative real estate strategy and meeting their various real estate needs. Throughout his career he has leased over 10,000,000sf of retail space with a total lease value exceeding $200,000,000. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his Wife and 4 children Luke, Andrew, Cody and Kate.
