Shawn Peel is an associate broker at David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage, having joined the firm in 2017. He previously held a role in operations management at Darden Restaurants for ten years. With a background in the hospitality industry, his transition into the service-oriented field of real estate was seamless. Shawn brings over seven years of expertise in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on retail leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, and land sales.

Growing up in Houston, Texas, Shawn graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication. Outside of work, he enjoys all that Colorado has to offer. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking, camping, and golfing.
