Our Team

Allen Lampert began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis beginning in 1989, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. Allen formed Lampert Properties, Inc. in 2002 to provide retail real estate brokerage, development and consulting services to retail developers, landlords and tenants throughout the Colorado and Rocky Mountain regions. Allen merged his company with David Hicks Brokerage in March 2007 after years of working together on various large projects.

Allen specializes in retail and mixed-use new development and redevelopment leasing and sales, 3rd party landlord leasing, large and small commercial land sale representation, investment sales and hotel land sales. Allen's notable listings include: Dawson Trails in Castle Rock and High Point at DIA in Denver/Aurora; Victory Crossing in Commerce City; Village on the Park Redevelopment - Aurora, CO; Westminster Promenade redevelopment; Forum Fitzsimons in Aurora, CO; Nine Mile Corner in Erie, CO; Vista Ridge, Vista Highlands and Baseline on Highway 7 east of Interstate 25; High Point at DIA, Gateway Park in East Denver and Polaris Point in Colorado Springs. Current Clients include Westside. Investments, The Kroenke Group, Kimco, Pauls Corporation, Executive Companies, Evergreen Development, and EPR Properties.

Allen is married with 16-year-old triplets and lives in Golden, Colorado and enjoys skiing, mountain biking and road biking.
