Philip Hicks
Principal
Philip is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for SullivanHayes Brokerage for ten years as a Broker Associate before he and Joe David formed David/Hicks Brokerage. The focus of David/Hicks Brokerage was to provide services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate.
Since the inception, Philip has grown the company to include 14 brokers whose primary focus is on the representation of landlords and tenants. In 2008, the natural progression of the business turned into a merger with Allen Lampert of Lampert Properties – to form David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage. The company continues to service the retail real estate market in Colorado and the surrounding states.
