Robin Nicholson joined David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage in 2016, bringing with her a background in education plus 12 years of experience at SullivanHayes Brokerage. Robin represents both landlords and tenants in all aspects of retail real estate including strategic expansion planning, site selection, lease negotiation, and sales. From massive mixed-use projects to neighborhood shops, Robin currently represents over 7 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties throughout the state of Colorado.
